Agreement for using Mular

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mular mobile application and related services ("Service") operated by Mular ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using Mular, you agree to these Terms.
Mular provides personal finance tools for hourly workers, including take-home pay estimates, purchase analysis, shift tracking, and safe-to-spend calculations. Mular is for informational and educational purposes only. We do not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. Tax estimates are approximations; consult a qualified professional for your situation.
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Mular.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Your first name is set during onboarding and cannot be changed later in the app. You agree to provide accurate wage and profile information.
Mular offers auto-renewing subscriptions:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your device's subscription settings.
Free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. One free Buy/No Buy preview is available after sign-up before subscribing.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.

Mular, its logo, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal use.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free calculations, or specific financial outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mular shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its outputs. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Mular at any time by deleting the app and cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
